Booking policy

A $30 deposit holds your chair. It is non-refundable and is applied toward your service. After I approve your request, you can send it by CashApp ($queensbeyondbeauty) or Zelle (Qbbhairart@gmail.com).

• Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Same-day cancellations require paying half of the service price before you can rebook.
• A no-show means the deposit is kept, and future bookings may still need a deposit each time.

Please keep one active appointment. You can book again after it is completed or cancelled.

For braided styles, arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed. If you arrive unprepared, we may need to add time and cost, or reschedule.

Fridays are walk-in only from 11 AM to 6 PM, for services up to about one hour. Other days are by appointment.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the deposit still holds.
